Julio Comas, Project Executive
Julio Comas serves as a Project Executive at Hellman Construction. His responsibilities span the entire duration of a project from developing cost-effective plans and schedules to coordinating work for subcontractors and overseeing the performance of all trade contractors. Mr. Comas ensures proper administration of construction contracts and controls construction schedules and associated costs to achieve project completion on time and within budget. During his career at Hellman Construction, Mr. Comas has managed multiple noteworthy projects, including a $4 million renovation for New York-Presbyterian Hospital.
Mr. Comas received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Kean University.
